I have until 21st March to raise £1,400 deposit to compete in 25th Deaflympics in Tokyo because our Govt @DCMS & National Lottery do not acknowledge deaf athletes. It’s that simple. As a Para S15 swimmer, the fastest deaf swimmer in the Country I receive nothing #DiscriminationFeedsDiscrimination

This talented, brave young man has been fighting his corner for equal funding for deaf athletes for some years now. The Tory gov wouldn’t listen &, seemingly, neither will this one. Their actions border on cruelty. PLEASE could all you good people give him a follow. It would lift him enormously. 🙏🏻

A bit of good news: NHS England hospital waiting list falls for 4th month in row. The lowest figures since April 2023. Considering the “quademic” and winter months, this is an achievement for both the NHS and Labour government. So it’ll obviously be all over the news, right?
