One of the hallmarks of this administration is their absolute ignorance of the positions they hold and their responsibilities. (Hegseth hearings are just mind-boggling) That not one Republican Senator objected to their incompetence is pretty discouraging/alarming

When the POTUS regularly celebrates violence and employs violent rhetoric, and faces no accountability when that rhetoric inflames an actual violent insurrection, it's no surprise that political violence becomes normalized. This is not a bipartisan issue, actually.
