I suppose in that sense one could just think of outsider literature as anything that doesn't have the slightest intention of being printed to a physical medium. I.e. websites, blog posts, visual novels, and other similar things

I've never really thought of literature as having the same sort of groupings/scenes that stuff like music and film have, so I suppose for outsider literature to exist there'd first need to be insider literature.
