I’d honestly talk to your doc, they might be able to up the dosage. Im already hearing folks doing that. But my honest opinion - pharmaceuticals existed even during Nazi Germany, it’s about the ability to access them. And that’s just all community.

Note how your presses look, amount of variance between pills. Keep track of the manufacturer or if your pharmacy has a local compounding pharmacy. If things change, ask the tech. Start seeing if you can up dosage to stock some. We will take care of each other, that’s all I can promise

As far as acute needs for meds there’s ways - herbal remedies, culturally specific stores that have imported pharmaceuticals, companies that manufacture for global markets. Long term meds? Like ADHD ect? Idk, as long as compounding pharmacies exist. Then it’s bathtub chems.

Med expiration dates are going to be specific to the medication. Mostly it’s a reduction in efficacy but sometimes breakdown-related toxicity occurs. NSAIDs are gonna be no problem; dose-specific stuff is not recommended (think a half dose of antibiotics vs a full length dose). Do your research 🤷
