The news that the Thickthorn roundabout improvements (A11/A47 just outside Norwich) are now going to take FOUR YEARS up from NINE DAYS, is absolutely fucking ridiculous. We've just spent nigh on 2 years having the roadworks to the A11 done, which overran by months, and now this.
