The idea that police led traffic enforcement strategies are more cost effective is also laughable. A city can install a dozen speed humps every year for less than the cost of a single officer, and make a difference on that corridor 24/7 w no down time.

I would settle for a working public transit system, libraries and the water being safe to drink at this point

Grew up near WWU who had a solar racer. It weighed about 300lbs made out of aluminum tubes, balsa wood and plastic wrap and couldn't fully charge itself.
Bikes, busses, multi family housing and less stuff
