Saw this week's #SundayPixBW and just had to partake. This is a photo of yours truly, taken sometime in autumn of 2023 taken and developed by my amazing photographer friend Adriana Cahova.

I hadn’t seen this many articles stating “we stand with Ukraine” for a long time. So there’s that.

These days Kitto sleeps either on me or in the corridor wardrobe. Because of this new arrangement, I have no way to get any of my skirts out of that wardrobe without being actively disapproved at.

Freelancers’, eh.

Dear manager, This week: 1. Blush 2. Be bold 3. Be beautiful 4. Free 5. Totally (Is anyone named Barbara these days?)

Belated, but still solid advice for my neighbours: if you don't want people to see you standing in your doorway in your underpants, put some trousers on. Or skirt. Dress. Coat. You get the idea.

***/3 days a week the rules and the regulations you quote them at me like it makes sense to do all of this degrading shit /part of a poem by me

I had a dream last night where I was on a tour, performing spoken word poetry and whatnot, all using a name KT Anspoka. At some point I got worried that the name on my book covers is Kae, and Kate is my sister. And then I woke up.

Neighbour's dog just went outside in their garden, rolled around in the ice and snow, stood up, and sneezed. And my instant thought was: what did you expect?

Sometimes I look into the green eyes of Furfur and think to myself what a spoiled cuddleball she is. And that in return makes me feel like I’m doing something right with my life.

To all the people who spit at Meta employees with “didn’t you know who you were working for”, I have a question: who do you work for? Or who do you sell your services to? In other words, I just can’t throw that stone, and anyone who has done stuff “because I had to pay my bills” shouldn’t either

If there is one thing about people who went to some type of Christian schools, it's that most of us know a pretty diverse range of other religion basics. Or philosophy scholar teachings. Yes, I was writing a poem about after-death stuff. And it has quite a few verses.

Yesterday at my Czech lesson, my teacher asked me to look up the ingredient list for a dish I liked during my time in England, then to translate that into Czech. After a short confusion, I googled red dahl recipe. She expressed surprise, she had expected an English dish like pudding.

On days when I'm composing, my favourite track / song is the one I'm composing now. I might think it's utter rubbish the next day, but that's tomorrow's problem.

Until recently, I hadn't realised how much I write about death. Or at least how much I mention death in my poems. Since I have started making recordings of spoken poetry, each taking quite a few tries, it's become quite a lot 'in my own face', if you will.

Post a werewolf

I tried to do some writing yesterday, I swear I tried.

I was playing my newest 2 synth piece to my bandmate tonight. Bandmate: very jazz-ey! Me: I know, and I don't even like jazz. Bandmate: so, you listen to techno dude youtube music production lessons, hip hop music for inspiration, and end up composing jazz! Me: I know, I am disappointed in myself.

Talking of inefficient software all around us these days, I think that all developers (and Product Owners) should use their own products. Not test them, no. But to actually use the thing for its purpose. E.g. Me and @shulcs.cz are convinced that nobody at Spotify uses Spotify for music etc streaming
