No one of importance. Aspiring writer, working on a few stories. Video game nerd. That about sums me up.
He/She/They, I don't mind which you use.

I wish a lot of people would wake up/would have woken up on their eighteenth with newfound wisdom. Would save us a lot of trouble over the past decade.

That isn't really far off from what people are trying to say. Mostly, it's just a different way of looking at it.
The problem is, you're trying to explain greys to people who can't seem to understand that the world isn't just black and white. That's the block you keep hitting.

Especially since the Jonestown incodent was Flavor-aid, not Kool-aid.

Don't hype this up too much unless you're serious, because this just gave me a massive endorphin rush at just the idea.

The World Ends with You is one of my favorite games of all time. It managed to blend a stylized art style with some really interesting music, but the battle system and story was what got me. If you can find a way to play it, I recommend you do, though I don't know if the Switch version is as good.

I actually tried telling people this a few times, they just refuse to acknowledge that freedom of speech goes both ways.

I trust Weird Al not to be weird about it.

No, you had it right the first time. If you live on the island, you inhabit it.

The only way this explanation works is if the trees evolved into the house, not if someone built it. Building the house is more closely related to selective breeding than evolution.

I've had some disagreements, but none of them amounted to the kind of abuse people receive in the bad place. Just a couple people talking about their points. "Echo chamber" my ass, this is what healthy discussion looks like.

They're already trying, but as long as we maintain our blocking and reporting powers, they won't be able to get a foothold.

I think my account is deleted, but the site bugged out and started refreshing over and over after I clicked the final button, so I can't be sure. Either way, I'm not going back.

Gonna disagree. The blocklists are the main reason I don't have to block every god damned troll, bot, and asshole by hand on the site. Only two or three new accounts every once in a while.
Use the blocklists, but vet. They're pretty damn solid right now.

It would be nice if Youtube would allow us to block people, but that option is just gone and it's one of the main MAGAt troll sites.

As someone who is not that, you are wrong. Many decent people also shop at Walmart.

Trying things and seeing if it works, then modifying that to increase efficiency by updating methods is what humans do. We'll eventually get it right, we just have to stop letting the awful people get away with trying to take more than their fair share.

Persona 5 Strikers. Never got to play it when it came out, so I'm finally doing that now. Just completed the third jail.

Good, because that door seems to be unable to shut, according to this gif!

She's very soft spoken, though it often comes across as trying to avoid speaking loudly rather than naturally being so. This is more obvious when she's upset, as her hair darkens and a crackle of thunder can be heard in her speech at such times.

She was found as a baby and raised by a dwarven fisherman, so she knows all about fishing. Given she's over eight feet tall - double her adoptive father's height - he had a bit of a handful raising her. Luckily, she's a very gentle giant unless the situation calls for her to be otherwise.

One of my favorite aspects about her design is that her hair seems to almost float rather than fall, giving it the appearance of clouds.

I wanted Tuulikki to be a race that has never been seen before in the game world, so I found a homebrew race and heavily modified it with my DM. As such, I got to essentially design how she looks while leaving how she differs from others of her species to the DM.

Bad idea, that's exactly what they want. I'd rather keep blocking them so they can't get what they want and have to settle for abusing themselves and finding out what it's like than to lure them here for a fight. Let's keep this place nice and friendly, not turn it into Twitter failure 2.0.

Their argument is "It's a republic, not a democracy," which just goes to show you how much critical thinking they refuse to do.
