Progressives stayed home in 2016 when the SCOTUS majority was on the ballot & 2024 knowing if Harris lost, Trump would win.
Deny it all you want, but unlike Liz Cheney who supported Harris to try to prevent a Trump victory, progressives helped Trump win 2X ensuring a 6-3 SCOTUS for decades.

Reconciliation bills aren't subject to the filibuster.
They're subject to the Byrd Rule.
