I've always taken "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" to have different meanings in different contexts In music, "Nazi Punks" obviously means like, punk rockers who are Nazis. But outside of music I take the "punk" part as a general pejorative. Like "how many times do I gotta tell ya punks: keep outta my store!"
