Yesterday I scrambled a turkey egg and tried it for the first time! It tastes less "eggy" than a chicken egg. It has a richer/creamier texture. Other than that I can't really describe it but 10/10, definitely recommend if you like eggs or ever have the opportunity to try a turkey egg, do it!
