Writing can be so therapeutic for dealing with pain and trauma. I've finally stopped crying about things randomly, but writing about them and choosing to sift through those feelings again helps so much with properly dealing with it. Definitely recommend journaling if you're having a rough time.

I'm starting to feel alive again. Time away from things really helped, but sorry I've been AWOL for so long.
