Custom website addresses to use as a handle by using them as the web registrar, t-shirts? I'd happily pay $8/month without thinking twice for what I have now, but I don't have an option to do that.
Presumably at some point, atproto will give them a significant surface to generate revenue.

Can I suggest, given you're one of the top 5 blocked posters on blue sky, that part of the issue is that you seem to be convincing a significant percentage of posters that your views aren't worth their time. Which will destroy your engagement.
Elevating people such as McArdle might be part of it?

and it is often wild how even though it makes the DM's job phenomenally easier and able to just concentrate on the fun, some tables hate it so much that they'll prefer to make their lives harder.

milestone leveling, where because the story demands it, the PCs level up, and you do not otherwise track xp at all.

It was where I'd get bagels when I lived in Murray Hill in the 90s. There's an app now, Too Good to Go, where you basically pay a little in advance, and they'll hand you 15 random bagels for $8 near closing time.
Makes for an interesting train ride home.

The whole discussion on Michael Clayton, where Gilroy is saying paraphrased "I think poisoning kids is not left-coded, it is moral coded" and Douthat is arguing with him on this is just Ghorman Massacre with a different name.
comment in response to

But also, Gilroy, at least in the transcript, is counterpunching. He knows where he wants to go with this. And Douthat is brittle.

Doesn't necessarily have to be a formal alliance — one can beat up Trump while being neutral-ish to Musk. Just don't step out on any branches offered by Musk while doing so.
