There’s this idea on the right that people can enjoy the benefits of civil society without sharing resources with those they don’t like. Civil society doesn’t work that way. We share air, water, land, police and roads. You cannot be part of a community while hoarding all its goods for yourself

This is what they do with every issue. When you point out they're going to do some BS, they call you hysterical or lying. Then they do it. When you point out they've done that BS after the fact, they seamlessly switch to saying "You're still talking about that? move on."
