If you're lucky enough to see all three then here's how to spot the difference.

Not so many Bluebells on display in the wildlife area this year. Perhaps there'll be more later? The spread of locations seems about the same, just fewer. The centre photo, among the blackthorn suckers, is usually much larger and more dense.

Interesting summary of our lack of "transition" and increased use of everything we are supposed to be transitioning from. Ties in with what I read in Material World. www.hive.co.uk/Product/Ed-C...

The harder you make it for people to be educated, formerly or otherwise, then the easier they are to control. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_a...

Close up views of the bases of some of the laid hedge plants showing new shoots appearing. @aninewforest.bsky.social - One of these is the coppiced Goat Willow you asked about. #HedgeLaying

Photos taken three days ago and the hedge is looking pretty good! #HedgeLaying

The hedge I laid in February is now greening up nicely. These photos were taken 30 minutes ago. I'll post a few more detail photo taken three days ago shortly. #HedgeLaying

So much for Labour protecting the environment more than the Tories. I feel dreadfully sad and disappointed by this. I had hoped the change in government would benefit nature.

Sadly typical human reaction. Instead of thinking "What an amazing place. We must protect it.", our reaction is "What money can be made here?", whilst trashing the environment.

When I first told people that I was making a "wildlife pond" in nearly every case they asked if I was going to have fish in it! There needs to be more awareness that in domestic ponds fish and wildlife don't mix well. I used to live in fear of ducks bringing fish eggs.
