My wife and I had a Hindu wedding ceremony in her parents backyard and the HOA bitched about it and fined them. Over the years my FIL has built up an Indian voting bloc and now they control the whole thing and he walks around the development like this telling white people to mow their fucking lawn

Whatever the reason for the big drop in entry-level hiring (I don't buy the "AI" narrative, sorry), it's weapons-grade short-termism. Employers will have earned the future skills/experience drought they're creating.
