Emigré from Brexistan, now living mostly in southern Sweden plus a bit in Vietnam.
Still have a vote, and it will NEVER be Tory. #FBPE

Like all populists, her facial expression, opinions, political views and projected public service mindset are entirely contrived.
She just wanted to get on to the gravy train.

Poor woman. I blame those pesky TUI security guards who prevented her and her friends from leaving the hotel to get fish and chips at the numerous cheap bars all over the island.

And I’m sure that the government’s response would be “we didn’t mean you!”.
But they did. They still do.

Without immigrant carers my mother’s death would have been lonely, isolated, in unfamiliar surroundings. Her wish was to die in her own home.
These wonderful human beings, mostly African, mostly Muslim, sat with her overnight, every night for the last few weeks of her life and honoured that wish!

I am almost relieved that my mother has passed away. All the women who sat at her bedside overnight in her final days were Muslim women from Africa. All lovely, and all dedicated to make the end of her life comfortable and peaceful in a way our culture has long forgotten.

What Donald wants, Labour gives. I just can’t for the life of me understand why.

I definitely heard US beef mentioned. Outlawed hormones and genetically modified feeds.

Everything Trump does is called a deal.

It is unlikely that the Trump regime would sign anything without a commitment to roll back DEI legislation, judging by what we have seen in Sweden this week. Progress, it ain’t.

I was in Malmö. Protests were calm & measured. During a Koran burning in Gustaf Adolfs Sq, girls wearing Hijabs sang the Israeli entry to the protagonist. Not triggered!
The Israeli artist’s stage name was changed to Eden Golan to provoke Syrians. Not triggered!
So KAN started on the other artists…

Why do you guys wait for the victims to come through and sue these bastards instead of following the leads staring you in the face?

Britain isn’t federal. Wales does not enjoy the level of independence that federal states do. If it were in the EU its value and contribution world be respected. Under English rule it doesn’t even have representation on the nations flag.

Small nations have always existed in relative harmony. It’s the big countries that cause all the trouble! 😁

I noticed yesterday that the entire cabinet thanked him for his leadership at the start and end of their reports. That one is straight out of the Kim Jong Un handbook.

He campaigned on Americans never needing to vote again!
So, if anything, this is an improvement! 😁

Not strictly true. American corporate imperialism has been swallowing up business around the world for decades. And when US companies do expand into Europe or Asia they pay bottom dollar to make products to be sold in the US rather than develop the new market.
Just like the Romans, British et al!
