Pure unadulterated horseshit. You think "Dems" made trans stuff a national referendum? GOP bigots did that. Yes, Dems and esp Harris flailed, and Dems generally hobbled by respect for facts and ethics, but make no mistake, the trans thing was a GOP op, not something Dems as a whole insisted on.

The microwave is looking at me with tearful eyes. “Please, you don’t have to do this, look into your —“ and I hit the clock button, putting it out of its misery.

Well, it's not meant to be taken literally, it refers to makers of any dairy products.

I'll enjoy it while it lasts, I guess. But this raises another difference- it's entirely legitimate to label Johnson as an extremist, and it was always deranged nonsense to call Pelosi one.

I remember during the W and Obama years, right-wingers would periodically discover some random family law judge was interpreting muslim law, or a muslim couple had agreed to have their marriage adjudicated by an islamic judge, and there'd be a whole freak out about sharia taking over our country.

Do you ever uncover any of these goons in San Antonio? We had some animal entrails and white supremacist fliers thrown on our driveway a few years ago, still disturbing to think about.

It's just like that time I forced a guy to become a cannibal merely by implying he ate his grandpa.

True gutpunch was reading that GenX is the most reliably conservative generation. I guess I alreadty suspected as much, but ... yeeesh. *shakes fist at cloud*

They could, and must, vow to hunt down and kill each perpetrator, globally and to the end of their days. But bombing Gaza, or cutting off supplies, amounts to disproportionately killing civilians, and like most of Netanyahu's impact, isn't actually in Israel's interests.
