As a lifelong Cincinnatian, LaRosa’s is prominently featured in high profile tourist places, so we kind of do have a pizza. It’s sweeter than most. It’s not “cincy-style” imo but I see the correlation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ugh, I fell in “high school” love to grand theft autumn — the nostalgia 🥲

I’m watching it now. This is a major gap for me but…are we, are we at an Italian opera house?

This was post was meant for me, I’ve been crying into my Tocqueville reread since March 31.

In a way though, rather than a pun, I can’t help but observe that there is a little Daedalus + Icarus energy between the two 🫠

For a while I thought he got swept up in the corruption. Not that it is okay but just the situation. But when they put him in the senator seat it confirmed to me he took whatever deal they offered him to stay quiet. And yes, our Ohio backyard is a disaster 🫠

I find that common—it was buried even for most political consumers. Prepare for a brilliant tale 🙃

I’d suggest the FirstEnergy deal disqualifies him from ever being considered decent.

Idk, it’s just that the same people pushing crypto and AI don’t trust facial recognition software. That’s a problem for me. (I’m sure for most, now I’m just rambling 😳)

Honestly, even verifying a persons identity doesn’t track for me. We’ve developed ways forward to prove identity (that the avg person can’t bypass, esp. most older folks). But, agreed all about killing off target populations

Ok so the “only issue” isn’t closing the offices, as you said, it’s also ability to use or access transportation and the ability and time to present in person, among many others.

As long as under “you are here” is The Parable of the Sower I think this captures it!

Oligarchs are a function and product of white supremacy. I’m trying to be empathetic but you kind of seem to be arguing not to blanketly scapegoate white males (who data wise aren’t disenfranchised) while scapegoating others (who data wise are). That’s the inherent problem to me.

I was raised in similar circumstances, I think it’s important when you talk about these issues you take care on where the blame lies. The biggest barrier to the journey is not the left and purity testing, it is white supremacy.

I know you’re not blaming a Black woman, or anyone really, for the white man’s vote. Young white men voted like their fathers, it’s not bc they feel shame it’s bc they feel entitled.
