Een frame: het tekort op de begroting (€1.2 mld) moet opgelost worden door de btw te verhogen. Ondertussen worden de belastingen op winst en vermogen wel met €1.2 mld verlaagd. De btw is een belasting op consumptie. Armere huishoudens consumeren meer. Rijkere inkomens sparen en beleggen meer.🧵🧵
