Great. What is the closest atlas and network available that cover most of the AMN regions?

Is it an obvious human bias that we think we were lucky, while we really didn't experience the other option(s)?

What is the point of predicting neuroscience results based on abs or intro in our everyday tasks? I'm still not getting the point!!

Heard that. I should try this. Thanks🙏

At least for Matlab-based packages (SPM), I am not sure Neurodesk could bring much to the table.
But for FSL and FreeSurfer its life saving, especially if you want to organize a practical course.

These results could have potential clinical implications, given the known associations between exploration-exploitation imbalances and psychopathologies.
(for its association with Comp Psychiatry check this great review www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...)

Key findings 🎆
cTBS over rDLPFC vs Vertex
1. Decision noise only in total uncertainty condition ([2 2]) reduced in both horizons: random exploration reduced by increasing general reward sensitivity
2. Information bonus and spatial bias parameters intact in both horizons

Together, our results demonstrate that a key mechanism through which the brain distinguishes imagination from reality is by monitoring the activity of mid-level sensory cortex. We hope these findings lay the foundations for future research on a generalised reality monitoring system in the brain 13/N

Although the current empirical evidence of PP does not fully support its utility in validating, in cases where PP encompasses both interpretable physiological components (MMN as a PE) and known underlying circuitry, it demonstrates a strong capability for connecting different units of analysis.

Next, we turned to PP’s explanatory potential in integrating different units of analysis, to bring a mechanistic understanding of connections between biomarkers and clinical traits by targeting particular RDoC construct (Perception).

In the first section, we foreground empirical evidence of the PP framework that presents a mesoscale understanding of the normative neurobehavioral functions listed in constructs within the cognitive system domain of RDoC.
