Most European countries have Xmas day + 25th + 1. Jan off as public holidays. Half day 24th and 31st. For me, the rest of the days this Xmas was easy to take off due to surplus worked hours this fall. I'm aware my privilege bc my job in IT, but this is also a result of a work(-er)friendly culture.

Another fun fact: The actors, being from (East-)Germany and Czechoslovakia, delivered their lines in their own language. They didn't understand each other!
The czech lines were dubbed to German when it was shown in Germany, and opposite in Czechoslovakia!

The voice actor, Knut Risan, was hired to do the voice of another movie, but it wasn't ready in the studio. So they gave him the script to Three wishes for Cindarella, and he did it on the spot.
Most Norwegians can say a lot of his lines by heart, in the exact same intonation. 😀

Nonsense. I've supported the Palestinians for 30 years. Israel have a long history of brutality and crimes against the Palestinians, even long before 1948, well documented by UN reports and historians in Israel. To apologise them for this is to make one self complisit.

Det har lenge vært en "sannhet" innen Helse-IT at "Nobody gets fired for buying EPIC". Det koster for mye å skrote det! (EPIC er produktnavnet/leverandøren, men som brandes til det kunden ønsker. Apotti i Finland, Sundhetsplattformen i DK, og Helseplattformen i Helse Midt)

Det er meningsløst med en tissedirektør, dersom man bare definerer bort behovet for å tisse. "Ingenting inn -> Ingenting ut" tm bør være rettesnoren.
