Apply a good facial sunscreen to face, neck, throat. Everyday. The sun/UV rays are the enemy of your skin, protect it. Everything else is a matter of choice but the less the better, water-based moisturizer, minimal makeup, etc. Sunscreen is KEY.

I get those headaches too, it’s horrible. Nothing seems to touch it. Combination of haydever meds, aspirin and sometimes a nasal saline spray eases it sometimes
