I normally have a decent baseline understanding of most global events when they happen thanks to all the posts I read. That said, I have no clue what's going on in Syria. Not sure why it's such a blind spot, but now I'm frantically reading more posts trying to figure it out.

Week 4 of working out again It has generally gotten easier over time, but some days are extremely hard on my body for some reason. Today was a 20 minute full body workout and I thought I was gonna die. I've lost 6 pounds though, so at least there's that.

Someone saw my Starbucks cup and said I shouldn't go there anymore because they support Israel. However, I've also seen a bunch of posts saying that their support is trivial and overblown. It looks like they aren't on the BDS list so it should be fine. I guess? Right? This is exhausting

I quit drinking 3 weeks ago and it has been both easier than I thought and harder than I thought. I actually feel good for the first time in forever. I can think clearly. Unfortunately, I'm also very irritable and anxious at the end of the day now. Also I can't sleep. This is really hard.
