Our current COVID mRNA vaccines offer some protection against severe disease & hospitalization for approx. 2-4 months. They don’t prevent transmission or long term effects. This is why some (genuine) experts say in an ideal world, we’d be immunized against COVID 4 times a year. Once is laughable.
