Friday’s VOA TV broadcast in Farsi is going out right now on a satellite transponder beaming to Iran. It's a repeat of yesterday’s news program because all remaining VOA staff deactivated a few hours ago.

I’m hearing some at VOA who went outside for a mid-morning break to make a cell phone call or to smoke had their badges immediately deactivated and can’t get back in to the Cohen Federal Building.

Unfortunately someone haven't invested in enough rolling stock etc to to have routes available on day one. I would very much liked to have night train from Trondheim to Stockholm/Gothenborg

It's time to head south again, but this time on the Norwegian side - but between Narvik and Bodø or Fauske there is no train. So it's onto two buses first of all and then - if there are enough locomotives running! - a train south via Trondheim to Oslo. Testing the Norwegian airline style "beds".

@tchambers very clear list and agreee on all of them. I hope most of those will be fixed on Mastodon by the end of the year (at least that’s the plan).
#3 is still one that I don’t have many doable ideas on how to fix properly 😞
