I feel so seen! People think I’m kidding when I tell them all my brain can remember is the essential skills to survive, nothing else. I literally can’t remember what I had for breakfast by 3pm the same day🫠.

Personally, weed has helped me calm my mind, improves executive dysfunction, and lessens rejection sensitivity. Green crack is a good strain for autistic people. It’s the one I use.
