Well done and thank you acknowledging your beautiful self. I came from a violent abusive family mental and emotional abuse as well as physical. Though it is not easy breaking free is real. I am living proof of that and sounds like you are getting that sense of personal freedom too. Bravo

If you look at it like a wave or rhythm of sorts you have entered into the rest phase. Just breath into it and let your energy settle. It will naturally rise up on its own and be filled with inspiration. If you rush off to do more you miss some vital pieces of the creative process. I hope this helps
