Of the 10% considered "criminals" sent to El Salvador, the crimes were things like shoplifting, traffic violations and other minor offenses. Nothing like the MAGA mobs trump pardoned for storming the Capitol. I haven't heard of any actual "gang killers" as they were claimed to be.
