The first one took like 10 years. I would bet on more on Fate/Extra getting a full reveal since that one isn't fully dependent on Type Moon itself.

Yeah, I'm leaning more on this being a prep move so Skydance can start up a new Star Trek universe while not being in conflict with an ongoing series.

To be fair, this is what the Embracer Group essentially was. The guy got the ball rolling on a KOTOR remake, Space Marine 2, and a new Deus Ex and bought Tatsujin and is bringing their catalog worldwide. And then they weren't bringing in the money.

FYI, you can generate a QR code in the Nintendo Switch app and share it directly on Bluesky.

Tears of the Kingdom had the construct system and Mario Kart has the tricks system so there is innovation but, these are kind of obtuse and complicated.

To be fair, now all the debt is with Discovery so now all Zaslov has to do is find a buyer for WB Studios side and he gets his Golden Parachute.

Review sites are generally going to be biased towards the disgruntled no matter how silly their perceived grievances are. There isn't really evidence of a sizeable chunk rather than a few young developers thinking they could run the show better.

I assume it ties in with the bible book where all the endtimes stuff comes from like the Four Horsemen and the Rapture

It isn't direct from the Switch. You have to use the Switch app on your phone. The Switch 2 has an auto-upload feature so you don't need to manually select the photos you want to upload to the app.

Weird how the Future Game Show was about as good as Geoff's show.

They do want to avoid the scenario that limited the primary system to one in the first place so they do need to have one of those but, both makes it so tedious. If they just made the physical contact thing a token that needs renewing every few months, it would make it at least kind of usable.

It's always fine to watch the trailers later. There's usually only a couple that matter anyways.

Pretty sure Digital Eclipse doesn't have PS1 and N64 in their emulation suite. Despite all their collections, they haven't included a PS1 or N64 version of a game yet.

Looking at the credits, the dev team includes Bandai Namco, Monolith Soft (Kyoto), 1-UP Studio and Imagica Geeq (on top of the core Mario Kart team). Also, a fair bit of the staff are new people who joined in the last 5 years or so.

It's the Kyoto Studio like with Animal Crossing and Splatoon 3. Bandai Namco and 1-Up Studio also worked on the game.

This is without considering Piccoma and Webtoon which are basically the biggest digital comic markets.

The two cliffs are different textures if I remember correctly. The left one appears in the desert while the right one is more generic mountains. The right does appear to be better res but it just be that it is on a cliff where it isn't stretched as much.

More games need a follow ball mechanic. Been playing Xenoblade Chronicles X and it has been so useful for finding where I need to go for a quest.

I would guess they fail to realize Iwata held the same position as Furukawa prior to his promotion to CEO of Nintendo. He was always being prepared to takeover as CEO just that Iwata died too suddenly.

It's still forecasted conservatively to do 15 million in a year, which is better than any other console.

It's developed by Magic Pockets according to the Steam page so that isn't a particularly a good sign. Most of what I remember of them is really mediocre licensed games for the DS and 3DS

Mostly. A couple internal Game Freak people lead it but the environment design includes Seven Dreams, Black Beard Design Studio, Winds, Creek & River, and Digital Works Entertainment. While programming is mostly internal and Pokemon Models are largely within Creatures.

ScarVi still feel like scope issues since that patch still looks very rough. The open world just feels like a too far of a leap, especially since Game Freak is so dependent on outsourcing for the environment design.

The browser version is pretty solid so it doesn't really need an app version. Only real gripe with it is that the search filters are a little fiddly

No that's the Skydance game. This one is the one the former Shadows of Mordor devs were working on.

It's not the worst one. It's more like the worst at being Gundam which is why it's a horrible first entry in the series. It's more akin to a super robot show like Mazinger. But there are definitely worse series like SEED

It's more that focusing on Kojima did a lot of damage to their games division and it caused the loss of a lot of talent. He was also overly expensive too. Kojima just took basically everyone else and it took a few years to rebuild that. Gambling was never that big, just the easy target.

Tomomi Sano is the one that works directly with Grezzo and Koei Tecmo in place of Fujibayashi. She was in the Echoes of Wisdom Ask the Developer interview. Aonuma is more their boss

It's less that Bluey is so big and more that Bluey isn't produced by Netflix or WB or Disney that require the show to hit certain engagement numbers to get renewed. It's a bit closer to Sesame Street where Australia's ABC is the main backer.

They didn't. If Connolly voted, the bill would have failed and needed more revisions.

The good part of the event was Miyuki detailing her backstory. A bit awkward for her to just be saying it to Yuri & Kanade but it was a decent mystery ghost story in the first half and a good tragedy of her death in the second half. It felt like a sort of additional episode of the anime for her.

For reference, in the monthly NPD top 20, you will tend to see only 6 new games in the rankings and the bottom of that list tends to be stuff like off season sports or years old games. Strong chance CotW is on the lower half of the top 12 given its CCU & only ranks high bc it's more expensive.

Since they have a release date there, I'm guessing there will be another batch of them so I'd guess those will come down the line.

It's been aligned for a while (though the gap widened by .5 from last March). This is about the time Fortnite blew up on the PS4 so it had its biggest year here while this is the worst PS5 year since the shortages got resolved

No. These are corporate layoffs related to stuff like inflation to keep stock price high. Maybe the ABK staff cut could have been smaller but that might have led to like Double Fine getting shutdown instead.

The punching a hole in the wall is because the inner walls are made of sheetrock, which essentially is the rock version of paper but, it's lightweight while still sturdy enough to support the building.

This feels especially dumb because twitter feels like the worst platform to make an idol group besides Facebook. Like there's no real video network on there. Instagram/TikTok/YouTube all make more sense and they have a few Internet stardom stories to base on for an idol group
