These have the most atrocious data headers I've ever seen and they're borking almost every tool I throw at them. I keep expecting to see Zalgo text filling one of the fields.

Also a reminder that local/small businesses are not part of the boycott! Support your local businesses and artists today. Also that NEEDS take priority too. (Buy your meds, please!) This is about changing your mindset for life, about aligning in practice with how you see yourself as a person.

I teach at one of the largest community colleges in the country. I'm just going to say it. This is not reality. The standard critique of DEI offices on college campuses is that they do far too little of substance to actually push the institution to be more inclusive and equitable.

2. Why is it important? Not because a 300 person protest is going to change anything by itself. It's important because it normalizes protest. It helps train people for how to do it. It builds community. And sets the stage for the really big ones we will need when the moment demands it.
