Ah, interesting. So this is milder than the Spanish Chorizo?
Somehow, I can't see saffron or even cheese hold their own against the Goan chorizo. Will need something to temper it. Or maybe I can find Spanish Chorizo nearby. But I can almost feel the taste just looking at those photos. Thanks!

Wondering how these would taste with Goan Chorizo (a local variation of the Spanish Chorizo that's much spicier). I've not had the Spanish one, and it's not easily available here, and I suspect the Goan one will overpower this. Still worth trying.
