I am sorry, friends, I have nothing cheerful to report this morning. I am haunted by knowing Elon Musk may deny my eligibility for Social Security. What I receive is called survivor benefits; for when you have lost your spouse. So I may lose the last thing that he did for me. Thanks, monsters.

I am astonished. President Biden granted Leonard Peltier clemency. He will be released and go home next month. He is required to stay home; it was not a full pardon. But at least there was recognition of Leonard’s sacrifice and perhaps the mistreatment he has injured in prison.
