The official notices will be posted shortly. I'd recommend waiting for them, but you could provide us with examples of your work - website link to your portfolio/reel or similar maybe you exhibited in your local area or further afield? Showing initiative is good. My DMs are usually open.

Tbh Maylee, I like a lot of your surrealist work - took a look at your website earlier and was very impressed. Your "Eye Rain" painting amongst others really stood out. Also, I'm sorry for comparing designs - it was rude of me.

Got the balloons and pyrotechnics ready for the show: I'm sure it'll be fine ( a British guy with a glorious Mullet cut is handling it) but, If it goes wrong blame him 👇

All are free to apply for IASRPG project jobs via the official channels. If you are genuinely looking for legitimate work, then apply. Strictly No AI art, No Minors, No NFT/Crypto, No Bots. No Scammers.

"Free Talk" - The bright side? 1) Despite the aforementioned setbacks - the IASRPG project is still alive with enough funds in the bank to recast/replace (I dislike this phrasing) those we've lost. 2) The business could relocate to outside of the UK sooner rather than later. #jobs #gamedev #VA

Sorry I don't commission anyone who has cryptocurrency as a payment option or asks for follows/subs and/or endorsements on socials. Also, I wasn't seeking to commission anything with my op - merely thinking out loud so to speak. My bad I should be crystal clear in my posts/keep thoughts to myself.

It's also why I follow/subscribe to streamers I like when they are offline. That way I don't disrupt the flow of their stream or make an ass of myself by being shy/socially awkward on their channel/stream. It's nicer to just chill and let them stream in peace.

Hope you're ok Eeri. It sucks when this stuff happens from an inconsiderate minority. I caught most of your recent BOF 2 live streams & thought you & your community were awesome, so I'm a bit out of the loop - I must've missed the trouble you encountered. Ban those rude idiots. Stay Safe.

Only you know what is best for you Lianna. Personally, I like both your and wulfs streams. I just don't always get to watch live due to work/family commitments. I caught most of your last stream live and it was good, be proud/happy with your work. I rarely talk in anyone's stream chat though.

The nightmares were real though Merry... Other lessons learned: 1) It's important to take breaks/get proper rest. 2) Never eat Cheese or dairy before going to bed.

Nah, I'm good thanks...

Relatable. Hope your cats get better soon Eeri. Take all the time you need.

I guess the thing I like most about BOF4 is the freedom it gives the player to play how they want. They can make the game tougher for themselves or easier. They can do a fairly linear playthrough or go a bit crazy (speed runs or 100% completion). It's got a lot of replay value. Also like the map.

BOF4 is a perfectly flawed gem of an RPG. It's creative, it's fun, it's well paced/balanced has a nice* story and it let's you do things most other RPGS don't - you can choose the final battles and pick who wins good or bad. However, there are some things which will drive you mad. The camera for 1.

Secondly, I was inspired by RPGs which did things differently. I love the Breath of Fire series (mostly - not a fan of Dragon Quarter). BOF was an alternative to FF or GS. I preferred BOF4's Masters over FF3 & 5's Job system & I love the fact if you can complete BOF4 with or WO them.

Slow burn foreshadowing. Plenty of little things which don't really register as important on their own until later when players start to piece them together, with other more obvious lore drops. It's more fun imo to see players work it out for themselves. Also allows the game to evolve for all.

3) Dismissal of employees. Three simple rules: * Respect others. * Work hard/do your job to the best of your ability. * Adhere to the law. I do not tolerate "entitled egos", hate, prejudices, idleness or illegal activity. I have a duty of care to the people I work with. It is that simple.

2) After several versions of the IASRPG project - we've hit the same wall. I hate to say it, but I think we will have to admit defeat (for now) regarding some of the game features/mechanics and rework what we've got in the bag to adjust for this. More delays to the release but, quality over quantity

Nothing worthwhile is ever easy. Hang in there, you've got this.

I loved the way both shows, gave every player/team a fair chance regardless of their abilities, status etc. They never favoured anyone - everyone was treated equally. They made a point of anyone can win, in any way, but they can also lose just as easily. Players could clutch a win or not:

Both had interesting combat mechanics for their players to get to grips with - easy to pick up difficult to truly master. But I was most fascinated by how they combined chromakey tech with art, puppets, LA cast with complex scripts with improvisation for real time player choices.
