If your theories do not have boundaries, then it is not a theory, it's just a religion by another name. I love that we might never be able to predict everything. But at least we can know why we can't.

Everyone needs to read Altemeyer's "The Authoritarians" and his related research. There are like 10-15% of the population who are just straight up irredeemable and if you think they're redeemable it's because they've gone back into hiding because they lack power and an authoritarian to back.

When a person is abducted, there's a number to call to report & identify. I think this is on the right track but a bit like the parable of the blind men describing an elephant. This ideology predates colonialism by a good 2000 years. It might be the oldest contiguous political philosophy. It's why Humanism is such a massive historic win.
