Here Putin is wearing a soldier's uniform, while he isn't one. Zelensky wears his own military-themed clothes, not a military uniform, as he fights diplomatically, not in trenches, and it would simply be disrespecful to cosplay people who do. Zelensky is honest in his respect, Putin is acting.
