Unsolicited suggestions from a stranger: 'Coin Locker Babies' and 'In The Miso Soup' are both a wild ride if you vibe with horror elements. 'Hard-Boiled Wonderland & the End of the World' by the same author as 'Kafka' is bizarre and very worth the time spent.

I love the demeanor of a ridiculously big tomcat. Look at the width of his muzzle, the size of those feet! Morality and sin mean nothing to him. He is unburdened by the notion of the future or even his own existence.

The positive impact you had on this charity today must be huge. Nice pants are nice, but filling empty bowls is better still.

Wet and dry kitten food sent along. There's no KMR on the amazon list; if it had been there I'd have sent that as well.

But it's so interconnected with lots of diseases that are progressive and have treatments that any diagnosis could make a big difference and prevent cumulative damage. (And, critically, is necessary for things like insurance and disability claims)

-them down to a real diagnosis without the correct specialty tests that general physicians are unlikely to know. You've got to push hard to get yourself to a specialist so you can get treatment and stop the progression of whatever is going on. I know it's overwhelming and I'm sorry.

My friend you -must- see a rheumatologist for blood testing. Lupus & Sjorgren's tore down my life brick by brick & until I got treatment to modulate them I felt like I was watching my life pour down a drain. Autoimmune diseases tend to cluster & have so many nebulous symptoms, it's v hard to narrow
