I admit deluding myself that the 90’s music I grew up listening to is still popular, that I’m still capable of doing physical feats I did in my 20’s, etc etc. But, it’s been 15 to 20 years (Iraq/Tea Party) since I had hope for any national R’s being rational again. Chuck is stuck in the 80’s

Um, SCOTUS requires law enforcement to advise everyone taken into custody of their rights, pursuant to Miranda v AZ. This is no different. I get that this guy doesn’t care about laws and is just trying to intimidate AOC et al by saying this. But, maybe reporters could push back just once?? Maybe?

It’s always Entitlement > competency for D’s - Garland was “entitled” to the AG job b/c his seat on SCOTUS was stolen. He should not have been AG when facing the biggest criminal enterprise in US history. He was not a prosecutor and not up to the job. He played it safe and failed all of us.
