When I was a little kid I didn't have much to do at my dad's house and I literally would just dig up worms and fill holes I dug with water from the hose

I feel you dude. I just missed 7 days of work and wasted a long weekend being sick with the flu and then getting a lung infection. Happy to report I'm better now but I sure would have liked that long weekend back.

I should really write down what I dreamt before I forget it. It might be important later.

There are a lot of memories I can't access in my head. Part of me thinks there may be nastier stuff than I'm aware of. He has always icked me somehow, and in my dream he was talking really nasty.

The doors are locked, he can't get in. He can't get to me. Why am I even scared of him in my dreams? I just feel like there's more beneath the surface than I know about, and given my mind's ability to block memories from me...

I don't know why my subconscious has always seen him as a pervert and a bigger threat than he really is. I guess it'll be something to bring up with my therapist. I had to actively tell myself just now: you're 30, you're in your apartment, you're safe.

All the nightmare was about was me being a child again, stuck at my dad's house. I had locked myself in a room and was phoning my mom to come get me. I woke up mumbling "mom...mom".

I've been trying to grow mine out a little bit too after having it super short and constantly bleached for a few years... it's an awkward process

This is the only way I can burp! My esophagus doesn't let air out any other way. Gotta love faulty anatomy.

Don't go overboard and lose brain cells bud. I do find holding my breath for a bit helps though too. It's better to hold and release repeatedly though.

In Canada all packaging can be recycled in dispensaries. No discount though 😞

My roommate occasionally buys these vapes when the kind she wants doesn't come in a cartridge. Neat little design, but very wasteful.

I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and when I do I get angry. Thank you for being my audience; it's good to tell someone if even online.

Point being: doctors are often critically dumb

When I was nineteen a "psychiatrist" diagnosed me by having me fill out a yes-or-no quiz with like 50 questions. Same guy googled a symptom I was describing to him and just read straight from Wikipedia.

I know they're part of smart and safe sex and all that good stuff, but man I just could not fathom eating someone out with a layer in the way

This happens a lot up here. A handy trick is to use a credit card to scrape it off.

That is super bad for you and I really wish doctors were more responsible with not only the risks of prescribing meds, but also of NOT prescribing them when a patient is used to taking them.

You can substitute butter/margarine for fatty oils like coconut oil

Oat flour can be used as a 1:1 substitute for regular flour in lots of baking. It tends to be crumblier though so can take some trial and error.
