when I got up today it was 20 something degrees, but with the wind chill factor it was 10. That's a NOPE from me, dawg. I'm staying inside in my PJs. The only thing worse than going out in the cold is having to strip down out of all those layers when you go into a hot building.

controversial opinion time: If a person has completed a 6 month contract position at a company, they've shown the employer who they are, what they can accomplish, and the company has had adequate time to observe their qualities (good and bad) to determine if they are a good fit.
