I didn't know that either until last month. I found that in an article (I could no longer find it now) that had a bunch of methods to turn off AI overview and I thought that was the easiest.

Adding -AI after your search words helps. For instance "prehistoric animals -AI"

And I'm gonna be frank, guys (most guys) hate dark romance books and their heroes! So don't check out and give one star because of that! I thought everyone knew this but...

Then we will start living in the past since we can't receive anything new. It's not like AI can walk down the street and note down what's going on, not currently at least. We, AI, and scammers, that is the destiny of internet

If there is no traffics, no motivations to make any blog post, any website, almost anything tbh if every info and every creativity can be received through AI. At the end of the day AI companies are not buying information from anyone (maybe a few, not most). No new output equals to "nothing".

There is no worries. Internet will be essentially dead alongside journalism if ai stuff continues without any rules or regulations. Google pushes AI overview. If the majority of ppl take that seriously and stop scrolling, most websites including news outlets will stop receiving traffics.
