There's an additional step I take now. I ask people that I know (that haven't said anything about what's going on) where they stand and how they feel about the 2024 election. Lots of folks hiding their views. If they admit they vote red, I tell them I won't associate with them.

I wish. I believe that most of them will be the LAST to join the Opposition. My grandmother was stronger and more principled than these cowards, and she raised 4 kids alone in poverty after her husband deserted them in 1923. But she had standards and character.
