TX: We already teach that it was challenged, and 50+ courts found no evidence of fraud, and that numerous parties, including the president, encouraged the 1/6 assault on our Capitol. These were current events at the time. We use primary sources and also discuss the impact of the fake "2000 Mules."

That's why it shouldn't be a bill. I'm just trying to figure out his line of thought. There is precedent, when we got the Statue of Liberty. The president made a firmal request, and Congress voted. It wasn't a bill.

Congress must consent to the gift. You'd think the default for this is NO, but better to be sure.
