It is a big deal, man. We should feel valued and respected in those emergency situations. The majority of us want change to the system. One way that I'm taking part in the change is working as a caregiver for nonverbal Auti-men in a group home setting. I advocate for them. So many of us. We need u.

Indeed. Will say, as I get older, the mind quiets down some. I also avoid situations, including jobs, that break me down. I know what it's like to care so deeply about a job and work harder than my coworkers. I've had to switch careers multiple times. The weekend will come. Recharging imminent. 😀

I feel that way frequently. I'm so glad that I don't allow society to win in those times. Good things happen later on in life that I would have missed out on if I succumbed. Being autistic, ocd, adhd, and cptsd is challenging to navigate but not impossible. We're the ones that will better the world

Did become absolutely ridiculous the last 30 minutes.

Originally, it was going to be Anna Taylor Joy. I loved the movie. Thought she did awesome. The first half was better than the last. I was disappointed with my dude, Defoe. The character wasn't needed. But the cinematography for me was worth it. I agree with Dakota being the worst.

I understand. Moved all the mirrors into my garage. Still weigh myself daily. The ocd like obsession goes in and out. A lot of the change for me was not caring so much what others thought. Ton of it came from childhood trauma. Was nonverbal and obese during that time. Bullying. Therapy helped. :)

Glad you're around.

I usually must have someone with me to actively be talking with while I look away. I pretend that it's not happening. I also tell the person drawing blood that I may pass out. Distraction is key.

You got this, bro. Type a question into the actuallyautistic feed, and a ton of us can answer or befriend. I'd suggest not looking into my profile though, may see a ton of nudes.

I left. It was damaging but gave me the ability to create something new.

I'm currently writing a fictional book on this subject. The anxiety is real. Using pattern recognition, I'm seeing too many statistical variables in play, and the immediate future doesn't look good. I'm not looking forward to it. Anyway, my book is about a genocide taking place. Good luck, man.

Oh my gosh. Absolutely loved this. Had mine back in November. I'm starting over once again. Job #83, here I come!

Wish I had suggestions, but what you're doing is really cool. Thanks. Perhaps certain YouTube content creators such as, "I'm autistic so now what." She's fun to watch and informative.

Hum, I'm a Scorpio and apparently got the same horoscope. Let me tell you about the history of Rand McNally cartography vs today's navigational GPS.

I could totally use a book like this! 44 years old and still asking myself, "what just happened? What did I do wrong?"

Not caused by anything. The human race is evolving. Is it so hard to believe that not only do humans evolve physically but also intellectually?

29. And mom, why are you on here? Oh, I almost forgot... Paul, the neighbor, wanted me to tell you Sarah is going to church tomorrow. I'm confused. PS. What's for dinner?

I use water to make coffee. That works, right? I literally have dry erase boards all over my flat telling me to drink water. We got this 2025!
