Tried editing the code or anything but nothing happend and nothing changed, the command shows when I change it to normal but again, nothing works, it still has cooldowns.

That's the fun thing with that command because it's only available if you do it with sourcemods (not the folder, the server plugin thing)
with "sm_cvar tf_max_voice_speak_delay -9999"

If you use VLC, good for you.
If you use MPV, good for you too.
Who cares which one's the best...
I mean hey, there is one actually, quality. So keep pay attention of the quality on your media players if you can, but people really suggest using MPV for watching anime for example.

When you click a link before joining a server, there should be a button that says "Take a peek" so we click on it and discord takes us to the server before joining, just like with server preview, It's a good feature on server discover, but make it for invite links too smh.
