Great shotmaking at the end of this one. Going to be a great conference finals.

Duren has taken 2 steps up since the first 30 games. Huge for Detroit!

Love Glen Rice from a million years ago being on the list still! Way ahead of his time ... Such a smooth shooter.

Thought he was inspired by Jokic tonight. Tried a couple of sneaky, in close, passes that he doesn't usually do.

Thought it interesting that none of the free agents are listed as available for the expansion teams to pick up. With teams so tight against the cap, would make sense that is another way for them to build.

Howard, it's all about the $$$. They will expand regardless.

He sure looked awkward considering the shots he hit.

" ... Here I'll give you 4+MM to take this guy I was forced to take in a deal? No, don't want anything in return ... "

Funny, although "Eat At Jerry's" I personally thought was more appropriate. :-)

And Giannis has not seemed comfortable on D vs 5s this year. Unless like the Wemby challenge.

Holy cow. Thought I'd seen Delon on the bench tonight, but did think it was strange that he didn't play. Not as aggressive on O as he had been earlier in his career, but I'm sure Rollins looking decent/solid and Delon's absolute inability to hit a 3 really hurt him.

Also Ricky Pierce & Michael Redd's number. Should be retired for all that each of them brought to Milwaukee.

Jim, did Bobby Portis share anything about his personal time away? Just hoping his family is OK ... Thanks!

Wow! Amazed at the tiny number of comments for the AL West. Like a day off for you, Keith .... The Athletic should probably release AL West as the double on Friday.

Zach, Washington must love AJ Johnson, no? No reason to make this deal otherwise - especially if there is also a draft pick going to MKE.

But if they can find a taker for Pat (and a pick swap, or something) to get them under the second apron, and save 40MM in tax plus not start that clock, isn't that something they will/should push for?
Pat is a safety net, but not in the rotation.

Thanks Keith!
As a former Brewer farmhand in the Yankee organization, I was wondering if Jace Avena's decent power and playing CF will overcome his lower OBP at some point? Or is he getting close to his peak in A+ at age 21?

And that the Lakers were already lean in the frontcourt?
comment in response to

That is Seth's point, agreed. That Jokic, Giannis, Luka (Tatum) are worth the Supermax or more. But my thought is the LeBron, AD, (Steph?Durant?) group are the folks you don't want to be overpaying as they slide.
comment in response to

Isn't one of the bigger ironies that the Mavs front court is actually both really good on D already, and ... overall pretty good?
comment in response to
post
That is a great point. Just don't want to be stuck with a Supermax guy who is a top 25 guy.

End of the clock, and Dame was trapped at midcourt, got it to Pat who put his head down and went to the basket.

Bucks are giving up the boards, though, with Brook doing that. At least tonight, vs. Portland, and while only playing 2 bigs.
