Day 4 of #ArtAdventCalendar. Here’s a pastel painting which celebrates one of my favourite winter events - gathering Rooks. Each morning, from our lounge window, I watch as a huge flock of these birds, accompanied by Jackdaws, collect in the Oak trees up the hill before heading off to feed.

Gave Linkin Park's From Zero a go, gotta say - they knew what they were doing releasing The Emptiness Machine and Heavy is the Crown first. Talking Over Eachother takes a few tries to click, but when it does it's easy to like. Two Faced, IGYEIH, and Casualty are well enough. The rest exists, too.
