PS - I strongly recommend locking your credit score. A narcissistic sociopath has access to your social security number, and any bank information you might have shared with the IRS. This is not hysteria or alarmism. This is a fact and can be easily verified. Protect yourself.

Finally, protect your mental health. Donât waste what precious little emotional energy you have by arguing with people who refuse to open their eyes. Stay away from those who find joy in cruelty. Get away from screens. Drink some water. Remember that small little men try very hard to hurt others.

Vote with your dollars. Support businesses that align with your values. If you must use certain shopping websites or social media platforms, try to limit it. Use ad blockers. Youâre not going to be perfect, and that's okay. But try your best to be a conscious consumer.

Next, remember that resistance doesnât have to be big, visual acts like protesting. Spreading kindness is resistance. Finding little bits of joy in your life is resistance. Get involved in your local community - it doesnât even have to be in an outwardly political organization!

Federal employees are actively resisting and providing information to the public, despite bad actors in our government targeting them for the crime of doing their jobs. Many of our elected officials are working constantly, and donât have time to post on their social media.

The problem is algorithms and search result suppression. Iâm afraid if you want to get information from media outlets, youâre going to have to go directly to the source. Google and social media will not help you. Follow aggregators. Find ways to get the information you need.

First, please stop claiming that âthe media is silent,â and âour representatives/senators/federal workers are just letting this happen.â Not only is this false, it feeds into the fascist goals of getting us to distrust the media and the government.
