Reminder: If a president has immunity for official actions and swears an oath to uphold the Constitution then violating the Constitution can't be construed to be an official action and as a consequence the president does not have immunity to protect him from prosecution for such actions.

I'm of the opinion that it's every US citizens duty to defend and uphold the constitution and its bill of rights. We have our elected officials to take an oath to this point. I think it should be disqualifying of any person who breaks that oath repeatedly and is also tantamount to treason.
