Some wonderful recent finds, lovely sense of dimensionality in each of these. Discover thousands more logos at logo-archive.org

been collecting WW 1 & 2 posters. the memes of their day. incredible composition, type, and lettering on this stuff.

i think its hard for a lot of Designers to admit that most of the time, client's feedback will make your work better.

fascinating reporting from CNBC here. www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzgU...

since we're claiming "fraud" on spending we dont like: buying New England Patriots gear is fraud

Affinity Designer's update includes a machine learning (obviously avoiding the term "AI") subject selection tool that "does not record your data". then asks if you want to share your data to help them improve upon install. you don't have to do either to update. no other comment, just sharing info

really like Aston and Williams this year. after seeing the crew, driver suits, and team gear i'll go with Williams as the best looking team overall.

F1 needs to allocate a certain amount of weight for paint. this looks shit

sharing my new favorite podcast as i've especially enjoyed this episode www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1-w...

the best way to do 80s style design is to lean into it full tilt. make it over the top. go for overkill! this from an owners manual for my custom guitars

we (zro_g) wanted to make 1 more promo push on our work with Stanford. this now includes National Signing Day for football. we tried a new design process on this project and it paid off big time for us. www.behance.net/gallery/2059...

2 approaches to team/manufacturer logo placement on race suits. think i prefer the soccer style of Mercedes to use a small logo on the chest, rather than a large one on the stomach under the title sponsor.

this makes me want to spend the day playing in Affinity. FWIW, i believe you can do these techniques in Illustrator too. www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIFc...

conservatives don't win on merit in the arts. they don't take interest in them because they think its gay, frivolous, not white enough, or weird. then cry about not being represented in culture or that the "halftime show is woke" or "bad".

my macbook from 2008-2016. ran Snow Leopard for most of its life. pound for pound probably the best computer ive owned honestly. near indestructible.

i like the Ferrari teamwear more than the race suits. the thicker white stripes are attention grabbing and give visual weight to these pieces. it looks less like tape here. also like how the stripes don't turn at any angles, just run the straight around/down

"what we love about our city? the grid"..... hmmm, not sure thats the most inspirational approach, but hey its an urbanism themed jersey that looks like a checkered flag. im into it! www.rsl.com/kit-launch2025

next year's Super Bowl logo is not doing well on BrandNew

i always enjoy reading Paul Worthington's Off-Kilter newsletter. i encourage you to sign up if you're into marketing. some real gems from the latest:

i've taken an interest in interior design over the last few years and its crazy how the principles and elements (space, proportion, color, texture, etc) are the same in graphic design but applying them to a room successfully is totally different. i was not prepared for how bad at it i would be.

will be sending out another newsletter with studio updates this week. you can sign up here: moorecreativ.design/media • Moore Creativ website • 1 Year goal • Marketing focus • Guitar stuff • zro_g updates

A few sporty fonts I’m feeling this week #TypeTuesday

This is super cool. The Blazers are the first professional sports team to provide OneCourt's haptic display at every home game! This cutting-edge technology enables fans who are Blind or Low Vision to experience live basketball action in real-time, at no additional cost. #RipCity #Blazers

i make a lot of art for myself that i dont share on SM because my accounts are for biz promotion and talking shit about sports uniforms. but unprecedented times and all that...
